The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa presents fine dining in the adobe-style Corn Maiden Restaurant, overlooking the beautiful Sandia Mountains. It is the resort's specialty restaurant which serves dinner only, from Tuesday through Saturday. Offering breathtaking views and an exquisite ambiance, the Corn Maiden is the perfect setting for a romantic evening. Complete with an exhibition kitchen, diners can watch the chefs in action, or just gaze at the spectacular view of the Sandia Mountains, while feasting on a truly unforgettable meal. The restaurant offers a delectable menu, a wide variety of wines, and a full bar. Try the rotisserie, which offers endless servings of skewered, spit-fired meats, fowl and fish accompanied by marinated, grilled and roasted vegetables. Our Tapas offer smaller portions and interesting selections to taste at the bar. Business-casual dress is recommended.

At the present time Corn Maiden is only available for a dinner reservation as part of our New Year's Eve package.

Santa Ana Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner indoors and out, emphasizing light, fresh, flavorful foods in a warm colorful surrounding. Featured items include our tasty Honey-Ancho 'Qued Baby Back Ribs. Ask about our special prix-fixe menu for groups.

The Atush Bar and Grill is located at the Twin Warriors Golf Course between the 9th and 18th Holes, and offers both golfers and non-golfers the perfect place to relax and enjoy lunch or your favorite cocktail.
